Episode 3 – An article in the Metro

Dominic Tress, a city businessman assumed to be responsible for at least eight murders in the last five years has been shot and killed in a hostage situation by a squad of armed police.

Thanks to an anonymous tip, Mr Tress (46) of Salford Quays, Manchester was traced to an abandoned warehouse on the edge of Trafford Park late last night where he allegedly intended to murder his latest victim having only hours earlier murdered his wife Wendy (44) in their apartment.

Thanks to the quick response of the Greater Manchester Police – Firearms Unit, a swift end was brought to the terrible events.

No police officers were hurt in the firefight. We are told the victim is in a stable condition and has asked to remain anonymous at this time.

During the altercation the warehouse caught fire and has now been condemned pending demolition.
